Vintage Kenner Mini-Rig Vehicle | The Empire Strikes Back | 1981
The MLC-3 was one of the original three mini-rigs, released in the first wave in spring 1981. A Kenner-original design built for Hoth, it seats one 3.75" figure in the cockpit and features twin repeating laser cannons that adjust between horizontal and vertical positions. The four hidden wheels beneath the moulded tread give it smooth rolling play — a small but clever touch that captured a lot of imaginations at $4.99.
