Online and Retail Sales Associate
Part-time: Approx 15-20 hours per week
$20 per hour

Do you like Star Wars? Like really, really like Star Wars??
4th Moon Toys sells vintage and modern Star Wars toys and collectibles to customers all over the world. We’re growing and looking to hire another employee to help with customer service and shipping. You’ll be working with, and selling, the coolest Star Wars stuff from vintage to new releases.
We’re located at Carlaw and Queen East inside an old toy factory. We need someone who can be on-site Mondays. Wednesdays, Fridays and at least one weekend day.
There’s two main parts to this job; Retail and Online.
Retail Duties:
- Help customers shop for Star Wars stuff and manage cash register
- Help keep the store area clean and organized
Online Duties:
- Pick, pack and print shipping labels for online orders
- Make sure valuable collectibles are packed safely for their journey
- Manage shipping supplies inventory
- Contact customers via email and resolve any shipping issues
- Help with preparing products for sale including cleaning, basic repairs, photography and inventory management
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is trustworthy and honest
- Has a passion for Star Wars, whether it’s vintage, prequel, sequel or anything in-between
- Can provide great customer service, whether in-person or online
- Is hard working with little supervision, you enjoy finding more efficient ways to get things done
Nice to haves:
- Experience selling online (eBay, Etsy, FB, etc)
- Experience in retail sales
- You’re also a Star Wars collector
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Shopify admin
- Knowing the difference between 4LOM and Zuckuss
