Part of Wave 1 of The Vintage Collection, released in August 2010. The first single-carded Dack Ralter figure. Kit-bash using the Snowspeeder Pilot body from the 2008 TLC Evolutions Rebel Pilot Legacy sets with an all-new head.

The Canadian cardback carries the "Bobba Fett" error sticker — the misspelling on the starburst offer present across all Wave 1 figures that reached Toys "R" Us Canada. Rebelscum documents only two Canadian versions of VC007: the initial Walmart offerless release and this error sticker version. No corrected sticker run was produced for this figure. Canadian TVC cardbacks were produced in significantly smaller numbers than their US counterparts.
