A Target exclusive Special Action Figure Set modelled after the original Kenner 3-packs of the early 1980s. The Bespin Alliance set was one of three packs released together in a larger 9-figure set alongside the Hoth Rebels and Imperial Set.
- Bespin Guard (Utris M'Toc) figure with blaster, removable blaster holster, baton, removable baton holster, and removable hat
- Lando Calrissian figure with blaster and soft-goods cape
- Luke Skywalker (Bespin Fatigues) figure with blaster pistol, ignited lightsaber, and lightsaber hilt
The Bespin Guard is a slight repaint of the 2010 Legacy Collection Utris M'Toc. Lando is a repack of the 2004 VOTC sculpt with a revised eye paint application. Luke is a straight repack of the single-carded VC04 figure. The packaging reproduces the look of the original Kenner Special Action Figure Set boxes.
