A recreation of the vintage Kenner multipack from the original toy line — though the name "Android Set" remains charmingly inaccurate since C-3PO is a droid, R2-D2 is an astromech, and Chewbacca is very much a Wookiee. Part of Hasbro's Special Action Figure Sets program designed primarily as in-package collectibles.
All three figures are repaints of existing molds with updated deco. C-3PO features improved gold finish, R2-D2 has additional panel details painted, and Chewbacca sports darker eyes and more pronounced golden streaks in his fur compared to earlier releases. The packaging recreates the vintage Kenner aesthetic that made these multipacks popular with collectors.
