We've been fans of Caseshell cases for a long time. They're a more compact design than the AFA style cases and feature full length rails on the sides.
Traditional Caseshells were designed to modern TVC and similar carded figures. They work great for vintage Kenner carded figures too, but they're a bit wider than they need to be. So, we worked with Caseshells to design a case specifically for vintage carded Star Wars figures.
These cases will fit most vintage MOC Star Wars figures, the only exceptions being some of the later, fatter figures like Gamorrean Guard, Rancor Keeper, Teebo, Logray, Amanaman and similar.
We also love the bottoms, which slide out from the side, rather than the back. We find that they stay tighter over time, they don't get loosy goosy like the AFA style ones.
The compact design means you can fit more MOC's on a shelf.
For years I've always wanted a better case for vintage Kenner MOC's and done nothing but quietly complain. Mike went out and did it! All the wasted space is eliminated so your able to display more figures in the same space, and If you have a card with a bit of a wave to it, this case holds it down tight on all 3 sides.
