This background is from 1:02:30 of the second episode where R2 plugs into the panel on the left to deliver a message to Obi-Wan and Anakin.
The Genndy Tartakovsky Clone Wars series was released on 2003 and predatates the longer running Clone Wars animated series. It aired for 3 seasons made up of short episodes, which have been combined into 2 episodes on Disney+. The design of this series has a retro flavor, giving a nod to the Nelvana Star Wars animated DROIDS and Star Wars Holiday Special and other cartoons of the era. They're really cool and worth a watch!
