It doesn't get more oddball than this. This is an inflatable keychain released in Japan in 1978. Really, a pretty useless keychain if you want to put it in your pocket, but a super cool R2-D2 piece.
There is a slow leak somewhere, could probably be patched, or just re-inflate once and a while.
Officially licensed Star Wars item from Japan.
