Wave 1 ESB mini-rig — one of the first three Kenner-original vehicles released in the line, alongside the MTV-7 and INT-4. The PDT-8 was originally conceived as a droid transport (early mock-ups carried the "Droid Personnel Transport" title) before being repurposed as a Rebel personnel carrier. Cut from the line after 1982, it never received a Return of the Jedi reissue.
