An all-new Hoth Rebel Trooper sculpt for The Legacy Collection — the dark-haired bearded version, which remains the sole mainline release of this particular head sculpt. A planned clean-shaven running change was never produced.

- Removable hat with goggles
- BlasTech DL-44 blaster pistol

- Heavy cannon with stand (two-piece)
- Build-a-Droid part: U-3PO right arm
The cannon and stand are among the more substantial accessories packed with a basic figure in this era. The U-3PO right arm is one of six parts spread across BD 38–43 in Wave 6.
