The Senate Guard and Emperor's Shadow Guard are debut Black Series releases unique to this set. The Imperial Royal Guard is a straight re-release of the earlier single-carded figure. The Shadow Guard originates from the Star Wars Legends video game The Force Unleashed and is noted as such on packaging. All three robed figures share the same underlying body construction.
