This is the silver foil cardback variant of VC16, a Vintage Collection chase piece released as part of Hasbro's 2010 Ultimate Galactic Hunt promotion. The figure itself reuses the 2005 Revenge of the Sith Pilot Obi-Wan Kenobi sculpt, now fitted with a soft-goods Jedi robe in place of the original hard plastic.
