Kenner Droid Factory in Star Wars box. Includes a nice Droid Factory R2-D2. All the little parts are there, except the 2 axels. Includes all 16 connector pegs and the rubber hoses have been cut. Also includes Droid Factory Blueprints.
Box shows wear and has had the POP cut out.
Kenner's Droid Factory playset was released for both Star Wars and the Empire Strikes Back. It included a bunch of random pieces that fit together to make various robots. The key piece though, is the Droid Factory Rr-D2 which features a third leg. The Droid Factory R2 is different from the standard R2 in that the legs come off, the sticker is slightly different and was applied after purchase. The stickers didn't age well, and a nice Droid Factory R2 can fetch $125+ by itself.
All Kenner Star Wars vehicles, playsets and parts are original vintage, no repro.
