As the Directing Animator for Nelvana, John was responsible for designing and illustrating Boba Fett’s iconic first appearance in the Star Wars Holiday Special.
Figure is sealed in package. You will receive one of the packages pictured below, selected at random, all are in similar condition with only minor shelf wear. The 30th Anniversary figure line was originally released by Hasbro in 2007.
Nelvana, located in Toronto, was the animation studio personally selected be George Lucas to develop the cartoon for the Holiday Special. The only reference for Fett was the infamous fitting test video of the white, prototype costume and some art direction from George himself. John brought the character to life, planting the seed for many Mandos to come. John’s extensive animation resume includes He-Man, She-Ra, BraveStarr, Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears and Dragon’s Lair.
Includes a Certificate of Authenticity from 4th Moon Toys.
