Freeze Frame collection release on the green Power of the Force cardback, with The Kenner Collection branding. This is the first-release error variant: the foil sticker on the bubble reads "Blaster Rifle and Pistol," which Kenner quickly corrected on later releases to "Baton and Blaster Pistol" — accurately describing the actual accessories included.

The figure is sculpted with the twelve-square Admiral rank badge despite being named for his pre-promotion role.
