We typically use PostNL for most of our international shipping which includes tracking. Note that international tracking usually lags by several days.
After trying for years to get my hands on 0-0-0 I was thrilled when they offered him up as a pre order. I placed my order with 4th moon only to be disappointed with the entire experience. A much longer wait than with other on line retailers, and damage to the packaging (not the shipping carton or the BT-1’s that were in the same box). Customer service was extremely slow to respond. More than a week to offer an excuse that all of the reissue packaging is less than perfect. Although they did offer to refund my money if I returned them, at this point I’m tired of dealing with this drawn out process. I’ll purchase replacements elsewhere.
We're sorry you had a less than stellar experience. One of the figures did have some damage and shouldn't have been shipped, we offered to replace that one and cover all the shipping. The other figure had some 'rubbing' wear on the package, which is pretty standard for Hasbro Black Series lately. Because all 4 cases of 0-0-0 we received from Hasbro had similar wear, we could not replace that with a better one, so we offered the full refund.
I am so excited to have this figure! I have liked him and his partner since they first appeared.
It was very well packaged. Shipping was way less than expected.
