Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Do you do Pre-Orders?

Yes! All pre-order items are sourced directly from Hasbro with confirmed orders. Dates shown for arrival of pre-orders are based on those provided to us by Hasbro and may change at any time. We will do our best to keep customers aware of any changes in dates but please understand these are out of our control. 

 

Pre-Order Refund Policy

Pre-order items may be cancelled but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There's a few reasons we have this re-stocking fee:

  • When we refund an order, we don't get back the credit card processing fees (approx 4%)
  • We place our Hasbro orders based on pre-orders and the inventory we expect to sell. If we get a lot of cancellations, we have more inventory than we can sell. Unlike the big retailers like Amazon/Walmart, we just can't absorb this extra inventory.
  • We don't want customers who place pre-orders at several retailers and cancel them after the first one ships. We see pre-orders as a handshake deal between the customer and ourselves, you place the pre-order, we buy the product and notify you as soon as it comes in.

Please understand that we cannot return cancelled items to Hasbro. Please use the contact form on the site if you need to cancel a pre-order.

 

Pre-Order Shipping

You are not charged for shipping when you place your pre-order.

When your pre-order item becomes available to ship, we will send you a notification by email and an invoice for shipping. You will have 24 hours to order any in-stock items and add them to the order to combine shipping. You may also choose to hold your pre-order item until other items come in to combine shipping. Please see detailed instructions in the email you will receive. 

If we do not receive payment for shipping a pre-order item within 20 business days from the time of contact, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund minus the 15% restocking fee.

For mixed carts of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the in-stock items, and then invoice you for shipping when the pre-order items come in.  

 

Can I pick up in-store?

Yes, choose in-store pickup when checking out and we will notify you when your item is ready for pickup.
