Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Do you do Pre-Orders?
Yes! All pre-order items are sourced directly from Hasbro with confirmed orders. Dates shown for arrival of pre-orders are based on those provided to us by Hasbro and may change at any time. We will do our best to keep customers aware of any changes in dates but please understand these are out of our control. If for any reason your pre-order becomes unavailable, 4th Moon will refund your full purchase price and any pre-order shipping paid.
Pre-Order Refund Policy
Pre-order items may be cancelled before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please understand that we cannot return cancelled items to Hasbro. Please use the contact form on the site if you need to cancel a pre-order.
Pre-Order Shipping
You are not charged for shipping when you place your pre-order.
When your pre-order item becomes available to ship, we will send you a notification by email and an invoice for shipping. You will have 24 hours to order any in-stock items and add them to the order to combine shipping. You may also choose to hold your pre-order item until other items come in to combine shipping. Please see detailed instructions in the email you will receive.
For mixed carts of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the in-stock items, and then invoice you for shipping when the pre-order items come in.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes, choose in-store pickup when checking out and we will notify you when your item is ready for pickup.
