Reliable Toys Bootleg R2-D2 Bank - Canada
This is a special one for 4th Moon Toys, as our store is located inside the old Reliable Toys factory building in Toronto where this guy was likely made. Reliable Toys was the largest toy factory in the Commonwealth after WWII. It's exciting to have this guy return home before heading out to someone's collection.
This R2-D2 unlicensed piggy bank was released around 1978 and sold for several years through major retailers in Canada. There's no mistaking R2 on this one.
Includes original Reliable Toys plug.
