Biker Scout mint and sealed on Return of the Jedi cardback. This Made in Mexico variant was made by the Lily Ledy company for Kenner. Biker Scout 65B's come from both Taiwan and Mexico. It features the short mouth variation. Ledy made carded figures also all have a small pin hole in the back of the card, this was to let air and moisture out of the bubble. It's why you'll find Made in Mexico carded figures often have clearer bubbles than those made in Hong Kong or Taiwan.
Bubble is fully sealed. No dents or cracks
